This is because I had a scope to work in a known company Shiv Cleaning Pty Ltd which made it easier for me to go in search for placement. I also had three other companies in my hand where I could have done my placement (Hornby, 2014). But I was confused to choose among the four companies. I did not want to go to the previous company as I wanted to learn something new and better. There were two other companies nearer to my place like Caltex fuel station and 7- eleven but I was not ready to work there. Finally I thought of working in Woolworths as there were many advantages of working in that company. I had already worked in the night cleaning department of Woolworths as a result of that I had good bonding with their staffs. That is when I decided to get placement in Woolworths and I spoke with the manager regarding this. My placement in Woolworths got finalized and that made me very happy. So I can say that as I had a number of options in hand for placement so the pain of going in search for companies was much lessened. I had already made a list beforehand which made it easy for me decide the placement.
